The director of the Heinrich Böll Foundation India, Michael Koeberlein, will deliver a speech at the Institute of Defence and Security Analysis (IDSA) on 15th of March at 4 pm. The topic of his presentation will be "The future of the international climate regime". The presentation deals with the outcome from Copenhagen COP15, the assessments and future strategies of the EU and Germany with regard to international climate policies and options for an equitable and fair climate deal.
